Die Nachbarn rufen der Polizei an - The neighbors call the police

Many of you might have experienced this if you are living in an apartment building or are sharing a house with Germans. They are very strict about house rules and noise levels. If you organize an unannounced party late at night, most often than not the neighbors would complain and they might even call the police.

For this discussion, we assume that there is a man in the house who is about to shout at his neighbors for doing things he does not like.

Grammar

As we discussed a couple of posts ago, like weil, in a sentence with dass, the main verb always goes to the end.
